Mary Cook, CMP

With over 20 years of experience in event planning and travel management, Mary Cook, CMP specializes in sourcing venues and travel destinations, and planning meetings and incentive events. Her strategic approach to planning encourages collaboration to fulfill her client’s dreams and expectations. With a passion for organization and obsession for detail, Mary’s goal is to create a stress-free, enjoyable experience, “Plan for everything you can expect, to be prepared for the unexpected.”
Mary established Alegria Destination & Events to fulfill a lifelong dream of being self-employed and to work from her laptop and mobile devices anywhere, anytime. ADE is a fully accredited ARC (Airline Reporting Corporation) and IATA travel agency, with Sabre GDS. Mary earned her current Certified Meeting Professional designation in 2001, and holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Hospitality, Meeting and Travel Administration from Denver Metropolitan University of Denver.

Renee Pierce

Renee is a certified Meeting Professional, and a Certified Cruise Counsellor, as well as a destination specialist for Europe, Hawaii and the Caribbean. Renee’s career began 40 years ago as a travel agent, then a group tour specialist and continued her education to become a professional event and meeting planner. Renee started her own travel and meeting company in 1992 and has continued as an independent consultant since then. She has provided personalized consultation and program overview of events and meetings ranging from a few dozen people to the 2006 World Ocean Conference with over 6,000 attending.
Renee enjoys arranging cruises and tours for individuals and groups and can provide customized itinerary planning and arrangements for private villas in Tuscany, chartered yachts in the Mediterranean or Caribbean or a honeymoon hideaway in Hawaii. In her free time Renee enjoys travel, and volunteering with her church in various capacities and is the happy slave to two cats, Suzy Q and Blinky.

Marie Coleman

Marie is a seasoned professional, with over 30 years of experience as a senior Travel Advisor and meeting planner. A creative meeting and special event planner, Marie has worked with international and corporate meeting and incentive groups, and local non-profit organizations, providing site selection to onsite implementation. Her hands-on approach provides attentive, personalized services to her clients.

Her experience as a world traveler and Travel Advisor, gives Marie the unique experience and knowledge to curate the most exciting travel adventures anywhere in the world. Whether you prefer a guided group tour or an individual, customized experience, Marie has the vision and resources to make your dream vacation come true!
